It is coming this month, in a couple of weeks.

Hope so. There's only a couple of weeks left in this month as it is.

I didn't hear about this. Anybody have any details? If it was in another thread could someone point me there? Is it for Pro or Basic? Any new features or fixes? What will the version number be?

We are planning to release new versions of MCFX Basic and Pro this week. It will include minor improvements, Print option and if MCFX disconnects from the server, you won't need to restart the application as it will reconnect to the server.

Save chart as image would be nicer

I just downloaded my Basic MCFX an hour ago for the first time, and there is no PRINT option. When it's available how will we know? Will the version I have update automatically?

No. You'll have to uninstall the old and then install the new.

1.0.735.985 Pro beta is the current version that I have and is the latest version on the download page of the website. This version has no print chart/save chart as image. Can we like get this feature ASAP. I know you have a million things to do but for us pro traders it is a very convenient feature and avoids me using a third party program to do all this....

A 'save chart as' option would be great, more useful than a print function I think. Just as long as it includes .BMP as a choice.

Due to DayLight savings problem, we had to prepare a patch to fix this problem. So by the end of this weeks we will release a new versions of MCFX Basic and Pro with this hotfix to fix the problem with different timestamps.

Kate - is this week's new release going to include the long promised print option and will it REALLY be this week?

The silence is deafening! A simple answer would have been really nice. Let me try my luck on a second issue and see if I have more success. The system seems to have dropped 24 hours worth of data on US$/CHF between Wednesday and Thursday. (roughly 10pm US CDT). Are you going to fix that at all?

I'm persevering, I really am, but today is the day I decide whether I pursue my subscription or not and even though the program itself is excellent, I get the impression that technical support is just spread too thin.

As promised, Print option will be available in the new version.

As concerns the gap, could you post a screenshot illustrating it?

Regarding the gap in US$/CHF. Its no longer there, as of about 2 hours ago.
