MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

I am running 2 instances of MCFX - one basic and one pro. Neither can now get to port 9000 (Gain feed). This only happened when I restarted the charts. It says the firewall is stopping the software connecting. Well, I can tell you it's no firewall at my end.

I'm using 2 different PC and I checked both. Windows Firewall is not blocking anything. I checked my router - the firewall is not blocking anything.

Does this have anything to do with what I raised re the alleged Gain feed displaying FXCM on my charts last week?

I'd appreciate a speedy fix...please.

This Monday FXCM had some server problems and we had to switch GainCapital to 8000 port since the majority of our users prefer to use this data feed. This week Gain will work at 8000 port and FXCM at 9000 port.
