Dear customers,
I'd like to inform you that currently MCFX supports three datafeeds: FXCM, GainCapital and the back-up data which name we will disclose later.
FXCM is running at 8000 port, GainCapital at 9000 port and the third datafeed at 7000 port. To switch between datafeeds you will need to go to File->Prefereces->Logon options and restart MCFX or click Options on start of MCFX, change the port and then login.
So far GainCapital and the third datafeed are in the demo mode and even though you use them there will be shown FXCM in the status line and 24 currency pairs listed in the drop-down list. Please keep in mind that if you use GainCapital and request a non-supported symbol MCFX will be ''waiting for data" forever.
To sum up, FCXM and the third datafeed provide 24 currency pairs while GainCapital provides only 16 pairs. Please review the list below:
