My charts are not filling. MCFX is connected and all it sais is establishing connection on all my charts.
I use port 9000

What symbols are you requesting? Have you tried to restart the program?

I, too, cannot get charts to fill in. It indicates it is "connecting", but never retrieves the charts. Presently have the 4 demo charts up, none of which are filled in.

By the way, MCFX was working until I downloaded today's updated version.

for what it's worth, the 4 demo charts have finally stopped flashing "connecting", and now simply say "No Data"
Why is that?

I closed MCFX, went to another application, and in the process noticed that my computer's date was incorrect. I fixed it, returned to MCFX, and the charts are now filling in. Coincidence???????

It is not a coincidence. So far incorrect time can influence the program. Another thing that can slow down the process of filling charts is an anti-virus. If you have any problem, please contact us via our Live Support.
