USDCAD - No data in many timescales

USDCAD - No data in many timescales

I'm attempting to create charts in various timescales in the USDCAD pair, port 8000. MCFX will only give me n-tick, n-second, 1-hour, and n-day charts, with all other timescales (n-minute, n-hour) displaying "no data".

James,

All resolutions are loading correctly on port 8000, but on port 9000 N-minute and N-hour charts are not loading. It says "Waiting for data" or "1 quote received". Our developers are analyzing the problem and I'll post an update shortly.

USD/CAD is working fine at 8000 port. If you still have this problem please contact us.

I'm also seeing no USD/CAD data on port 8000, and port 9000 is flatly refusing to connect.
