We apologize for the inconveniences and losses resulting from the problems with the server.

The work on the new, more reliable server is almost completed. The new server will be launched shortly This will eliminate the problem of frequent server failures.

Regards.

While waiting for the new server, isn't there anything that can be done to improve the reliability of the old one? It doesn't seem to be able to function for more than a few minutes at a time at the moment. This is the worst it's been during the months I've subscribed to MCFX.

Does anyone at TSSupport actually trade using MCFX? If not, what package do you recommend?

Hello MKlein,

We do understand that real trading is practically impossible with MCFX because of the server problems. There is nothing that could be changed in the current server version. However, next week we are going to start beta-tesing for the new server. We are doing everything possible to start this new server as soon as possible.

Why dont you let new buyers know this when they subscribe to your charts.....Lost money on frozen charts thinking price wasnt doing anything only to realize a big move against me happened......

Hello,

Recently (up until last week) there was a considerable improvement in the server's work. The current problems are related to setting the clock 1 hour back (switching from summer daylight saving plan back to standard time). Tose problems have already been resolved.

T(h)ose problems have already been resolved.
Both ports were dead for approximately 12 hours overnight, from around 1900 GMT. Until that happened, things did seem to have improved this week.

One difference I've noticed lately is that the connection status tab often still reads "Connection OK" even when the connection is dead.

And again for eight hours so far last night, and still no movement.
