Order2Go: What happened to my orders ?

Hello,

I'm facing some problems with Auto Trading:
1) The signal is working perfectly
2) The order was generated (My log file shows it)
3) Order2Go is connected and running
4) Order2Go received the order (Configured audio alert was heard)
5) No order was generated in FXCM

Questions:
- What happened to my orders ? Is there no log file ?
- How can one tell if the connection to Order2Go is dead ?
- If at time of order fulfillment Order2Go connection is closed, will the system try to restablish it ?
- If the connection to the server is lost, will MCFX reset the connection to Order2Go ?
- What are the enhancements to Auto Trading you are currently working on that should be expected in next releases ?

Dear Ofir,

In the current MCFX version there sometimes might be problems with autotrading. We are currently working to improve the autotrading feauture and it should be fixed in future MCFX versions.
