MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

hi everyone...I am brand new to MCFX and I was wondering if anyone can help me start a chart on auto trade with my FXCM demo?....Thanks ...it would be greatly appreciated...

p.s. is MCFX only available for technical support monday through friday from 6:30 - 4:00?
