Import with different version number.

Import with different version number.

I export a Script with PowerEditor ver 1.0.978.1067 with "Export Read ONLY".
and I want to give this code to my friend , he use ver 1.1.1090.1199.

To import my file with Newer MCFX,
THere is error message :
error occuurred during import.
error code :1

Is there no compatiblity at all with lower verstion ??????
this is very bad...

THis mean, As product, if I want to sell script,
I have to prepare all version of script as long as you will update MCFX..
this is impossible...

please advice me your opinion.

Dear Nakayama,

Read only files can only be used on the same version where they can be created. This is the way they are supposed to work.
