missing data, false chart

Hi!

I´m using tickchart and for this day I get only one big candle of every currency pair! I´ve deinstalled and reinstalled MCFX but the problem persists.

This large bar was not caused by an error in MCFX or MCFX data server. This data was sent into MCFX by FXCM, this is why there is nothing we can do about it.

This problem that Thomas observes corresponds to the time in the "Server Down" thread when I noted that the new server seemed to be out of action, and I reinstalled the older version of MCFX to switch back to port 8000, which is also the FXCM data feed.

The reason for the giant bar that Thomas observes is that approximately eighteen hours of tick data is missing from port 10000 between 0000 and 1820 GMT+1 on January 22nd. Hourly data is also corrupt during this period.

This data is not missing or corrupt on port 8000 on the old server.
