Needed: Issue Stop Loss and Target Orders on Entry

I don't know if this is possible, but if it is I need someone to explain how, and if not, I'd like to see this capability added ASAP.

The FXCM manual trading platform allows entry of stops (optionally trailing stops based on pip amounts) and targets to exist on any open position, and reside on the trade server at FXCM. Essentially, this is an OCO (one cancels other) order condition.

I need this to be accomplished via code so it can be automated. How can this be done? (And if it cannot at present, please know that this is an EXTREMELY high priority for me and may prevent me from automated trading or using the MCFX sofware at all until it is available.)

So far this feature has not been implemented in MCFX. However, we are planning to introduce real stop and limit orders which will be placed with the broker in advance to be executed as soon as the conditions are met. SetProfitTarget and SetProfitLoss will also be implemented - within the next couple of months.
