Missing block of data today and quotes not updating

EUR/USD is missing data between 10:09 and 15:03. I've restarted several times. Doesn't help.

What resolution were you plotting? Also, what server were you connected to when you were requesting that data? I checked minutes for EUR/USD on server 64 and it didn't look like anything was missing. Also, were you plotting the chart in the local or exchange time?
