But I see only 5 days

3 years of ticks is an absolutely huge amount of data. Also, the day when you made this request, we had issues with one of the servers, so all our customers were transferred to one server. There were several people making requests similar to yours which resulted in heavy overload. As a result we temporarily limited the amount of tick data available for downloading.
