MCFX not updating

I just started using MCFX with Decision Bar.
Besides taking a long time to gather data, once it is gatherd, it doesn't update.
My chart is showing a price of 1.2184 on the EUR/USD it has been there for 10 minutes now.
I tried restarting the computer and when I went back to MCFX it still displayed the same chart (with no update)
The current price on FX Charts if 2.2170
What goes?

I inadvertantly typed the curent FX Charts price as 2.2170.
I meant 1.2170

Lynn,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We had problems this Sunday and Monday morning, because FXCM data servers didn't work properly and we can't get real-time data for several hours.
It is related to the coming daylight savings switch. The problem shouldn't appear in the future.

Are you having issues with the servers again today? This morning any chart I open in MCFX only goes to 1:00 AM CT today. No current data.

Brain,
There is no problem with our server, but it is a know issues that software loses internet connection to the server. However it will show Connection OK in the status bar. We will release a fix the next week.

It shouldn't drop connection to the server and your charts should be updated properly if you run program for several days.
