MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

Hi,

I trade using Range bars which of course require tick data but having refreshed my charts recently I get a gap between 1st and 14th of February inclusive. This seems to occur with any currency pair I try. After many attempts the gap remains unfilled. Any ideas?
