MCFX not updating

Hi,

MCFX has stopped updating charts since 5 pm last evening. My version is 1.0.465.947. Please help.

Did restart solve the problem? We had no server problems for last 24 hours so we assume that it is possible that something wrong is on your side. is this working now? It works properly on my end.

Hi,

It works now. I had to delete chart windows in all of my workspaces, and it started updating. Any idea what could be the reason behind this?

Next time please make sure that Last Date in Format Symbol window.

Hi,

How come MCFX doesnt update the date automatically. It still shows yesterdays date in the symbol properties.. Please advice.

It is a known issue. Sometimes the program doesn't roll over last date. Please do it manually in Format Symbol dialog.
