My two favorite books are:
Trading for a Living by Alexander Elder

Stock Market Edges by Philip Reschke

The foreword of Stock Market Edges is even written by MultiCharts' Stan Bokov.
I highly recommend the above two books as they compliment each other very well. Trading as a Living is very conceptual while Stock Market Edges is very practical.
