Hashnums.dll

Hi,
Is it possible to Kim Horn's Hashnums.dll with MultiCharts
I use to use a DLL with TS 4.0 called the "HASHNUMS.DLL" (mainly to get data from a csv file and send it out to a csv file). I attached the main documentation with this post. Although a programmer myself I don't know C nor visual C nor your product. Is anyone using this DLL by chance with your Product and if not, is it likely to work?
