Multicharts Task Manager Killer

Hi,
To keep MC running smoothly, It is very important to shut down all MC process properly. So I use the following batch file, It make sure all the process are shut down before starting MC.
a) Just unzip the file in C:/
b) copy shortcut to your desktop
c) Double click will first kill all MC tasks as per this page

at this point you can also verify on the promt window to see if any file was still running or not.
d) then if you press any key on the promt window, MC will start.
Cautions:
Don't use this if your MC is running. It will forcefully close it and you can loss all your un-saved data. You should close your MC manually and save your data.
