Backing up Multicharts user data.

Postby MultichartsTrader » 16 Feb 2014

Hi,

I have some issues with my computer at the moment and I'm looking to reformat and reset my entire computer to it's original factory state. I will re-install Multicharts.NET afterwards.

If possible, I'd like to save all my current user data (order history, position history, any downloaded data, etc.) so that everything is as it is right now when I reinstall Multicharts.NET. Is this possible to accomplish? If so, what directories do I have to backup?

My vague idea is that I save a copy of the files I need and then paste them back into the directories once Multicharts is installed and set up again. Will this work?
