OEC Feed not loading (MultiCharts.NET 8.8)

My Renko chart is not receiving the normal 1 tick chart. any clues?

It is working fine again; suddenly, I have no explanation on what was the problem! Very strange the DOM and T&S seemed to work but the chart was not updating.....
