datafeeds

the new datafeeds OpenTick and Transact are not available In QM nor in symboladd feature in charting. The dll's for these feeds are present. Is there a way to force MC to find these Dll feeds or do I have to reinstall.
I use version 2.0.777.777

I am using the same version and I see those on mine. Open QM and Data Sources.

I see open tick and transact there.

No that is the problem,they are not there, but the dll's are in the Tsserver/datafeeds folder.

1. Please go to QM > Tools > Datasources.
2. Do these datafeeds have "Active" status?

They are not in the list, so i cannot activate or deactivate in QM datafeeds

I have in total 13 feeds in QM/Datasources

With 777.777 you should have 17 datafeeds. It means you should have 17 .dll files in "D:\Program Files\Common Files\TS Support\TSServer\Datafeeds" folder.

Probably the DLLs were not registered in OS properly.

You should try to re-register appropriate DLLs for missing datafeeds:

1. Start > Run.
2. Type in regsvr32 tsOTDataFeed.dll
3. Click OK.
4. Click OK in the window prompted.
5. Repeat for other missing datafeeds.

But if I run regsrv.I get the message
Loadlibrary failed.
Does this mean a remove and reinstall of MC will be necessary.
I do have indeed 17 dll's in the server/datafeed map,but only 13 in the QM.
The ones I miss in the QM are :
BL,OT,QF and TransAct,maybe this will help you.
