Dear MultiCharts fans,
I have an issue connecting to my MB Trading account.
I can confirm that:
* MBT Desktop Pro is installed, showing account information and charts
* I have added the brokerage account, MultiCharts says it's connected
* I have added the datasource, MultiCharts does not complain
* I can see my account information in the order and position tracker
* the Order and Position Tracker shows some encouraging info though - see attached screenshot
However, I am unable to display any charts. When I try to add "MB:AAPL" I see an error "Data feed couldn't be loaded". I don't see any error in the log files.
Where else could I look for the issue?
Thank you,
best regards, Felix

Re: issues connecting to MB Trading Account
Hi Henry,
thank you for your response. As far as I can see, the problem was related to parts of MultiCharts still running, even though the application should have been closed. Things seem to work fine now, but it seems that with MB Trading the application gets sometimes quite sluggish.
Thank you,
best regards, Felix
