What is the best way of transfer data and symbols from 1 machine with multicharts with another machine with multicharts?

you can copy the
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\TS Support\Databases"
directory to the new machine.

Again, this worked for me in past betas.

if you backup that folder BEFORE, you will be able to restore to the vanilla state in case something goes south.

For indicators you can export import (that's the most stable way).
Alternatively, for indicators you can follow the same procedure for the databases for the directory
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\TS Support\MultiCharts\StudyServer"
Again, backup it before.
The second "way" of moving the indicators will save you the recompilation time in the new machine.

BTW: All (or most) of this data is available in the forums for a few months now. You should REALLY REALLY try and make proper use of the search function.
