digit rights management system lost connection

Since Multicharts.Net 10, it has issue losing connection to digit rights management system several times a day. Once this occurred a message popup (see attached png) I have to restart Multicharts.Net. I'm in China the internet connection to US is bad, please add more tolerance for bad internet connection and reduce frequency for checking digit rights.

Hello wzero,

No changes were done in this regard in the latest versions and we have not received similar reports from the other users in the region.
At the moment we do not plan adjusting the authorization logic. Please have your ISP resolve the connection issues.

Well, so what's the authorization server's IP address or domain name to check connection issues?

Thanks! Currently I don't have any issue access to www.mcauth.com, I will try it once the lost connection problem happens again.

Hi Henry, I test again after lost connection happened. There is no problem open www.mcauth.com, the average ping time is 400ms. There is possibily lost 1 packet out of 10 pings. I still think this is a tolerance issue.

Please specify the exact time it happened and send us the logs for this occurrence - go to Help tab->Feedback (or Windows Start menu->All programs->MultiCharts->Feedback).
Select two options:
- Attach log files to help us understand what happened
- Upload collected data to Help Desk.
Uncheck the other options as we do not need them right now.

This is not a network issue, it's because tsServer.exe crashed. Kill tsServer.exe in Task Manager would popup the same "digit rights connection lost" message box.

This issue should have been solved after I checked on "Show API Erros in English" settting in TWS.

It's not fixed. Still crashes. But less crashes now.

According to wzero's feedback the issue no longer appears in MultiCharts NET 11 Release 3.

Unfortunately the issue is still there on Relase 3, Rlease 4. Happens very randomly.
