Problem with stoploss in user interface - Oanda +REST-V20

Postby svopex » 22 Nov 2017

I have problem with closing stoploss.
Stoploss remains in user interface open.
This situation is on the picture "Open orders and stoplosses".
After I restart Multicharts stoploss is closed (in the picture "After multicharts restart").
I use v20 account and I have latest version of Multicharts (in the picture "Version of Multicharts").
This problem occurred after I transit to the REST-V20 and account v20 from old REST API (REST-V1)...
Broker order ID was 137 and 139. I sent feedback to you.
This problem maybe the same as viewtopic.php?t=51099...

Hello svopex,

We will check these Orders IDs in the logs and get back to you.

Svopex,

Exactly the kind of issue I experience. In my case not caused by a stop loss, but closing trades to open positions. Assume a 1 minute chart over a 10 minute evaluation period. I am setup to phase into a trade if necessary and will allow it to grow in size as it re-averages. In live trading I took on 1 position per minute and no trades closed in the 10 minute evaluation period. Reload the chart and it shows 1 trade open and closed each minute of the 10 and therefore flat at the end of the 10 minute evaluation period.
