Please describe the issue in more details: What data feed do you use? Have you tried to reload (Ctrl + R) your chart for @FDXM? Was MultiCharts closed properly last time? Were there any disruptions in its work? Haven’t you changed the time on your PC recently?
i use IB, CTRL+R don't work. when i open a new chart i don't have yesterday datas, not seen any error messages on close. my PC stay on Paris hours like exchanges
on first picture you can see that QM can't reload data on 7th february
