Postby Guest » 12 Jun 2007

The symbol settings in QuoteManager seems cannot be exported and copied to other computer. Is there any method to do that?

You will need to copy the databases and transfer them to another computer. What version of MultiCharts you are using? In the new beta the databases are located at a new direction: X:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\TS Support\MultiCharts\Databases (for Windows XP) or X:\ProgramData\TS Support\MultiCharts\Databases (for Windows Vista).

Cannot find Databases file on new pc to be copied to

Postby jl12 » 24 Feb 2008

I am trying to load my old database on a replacement pc

I can find no trace of the Databases file on the pc to be copied to
I have searched all pc drives.

I have found a database on the source pc in location program files\common files\tssupport

Could names or location have been subject to change in recent releases

You have your system folders hidden. Change it and you will see the GDB files.
