1 second bar chart not updating real time?

Hi all,
I am plotting a 1 second bar chart and for some reason it is stuck at a particular time and is not updating dynamically.
The time a few seconds after 12:25:00 is fairly weird, too. The market progressed past this point but the chart is not even backfilling the subsequent seconds. The backfilling of older data worked fine, and connections to market data farm as well as historical data farm are shown as live in IB gateway.

I thought every second a new bar should be appearing on the chart. Am I doing something wrong?

Based on your screenshot - there is no realtime data permission for this symbol/exchange. Please contact IB directly to make sure you have the required data enabled for your account for the 3rd party apps access.
