Format resolution 6 months and 2 Quarters

Postby pdemontferrier » 27 Dec 2018

Hello everyone,
I need to have a Half year resolution.
Setting this time frame it appears that the closing dates are March and September, and Not December and June as I expected.
Is this normal ?
I try the configuration 6 months and 2 quarters and got the same result.
Is there someone that can help me ?
Thank you in advance for your collaboration.
Patrick

Hello Patrick,

You need to set Data Range: From January 1st to achieve your goal.

Hello Henry,

Sorry for this late answer. I've try already to change the date to 1st January but it didn't work either.
I guess this is something for your technical team.
Have a good day.

Hello Patrick,

The bar starts forming since the first available data point within the specified data range, hence the closing date different from June/December.
This means you need to shorted the "From" date so that it starts with the bar either in January or July to have 6 months data series closing in June/December.
