IB data TSE & OSE charting problem

I use TokyoStockExchange and OsakaStockExchange data from IB.
Daily chart can't plot, but intraday data can plot.

Data from IB is no problem, because TWS chart can plot daily bar.

However, US market data can plot daily bar at MC.
Maybe this is a bug.
