Opentick upgrade their software or service in mid-july...after that, price and volume are very accurate...around 5sec load time...at9:30ET..when i start MC and start watching and trading YM.

Opentick also work very fast with MC beta version, historical and real-time.

I can't find anything on this in the manual. If it is in the documentation, where?

Hello,

Backtesting is pretty straighforward. It is described in MC Help.

Just tried it, tick data left big gaps and numerous "0" bars. Not so good.

Hello,

Could you send us a screenshot of a tick chart with the gaps and 'zero' bars you are referring to? Also, when you send us the screenshot, could you make sure that all the relevant info (symbol name, resolution, exchange, time and price scales) can be seen.

Thank you.

Hello,

The problem with 0 bars from OpenTick is confirmed and our programmers are working on it.
