Holidays not working for local time

Pls allow user to define the time range for holidays also as it is not working for local time esp for those who are operating in asia where the time difference can be up to 12hours.

Unfortunately Holiday list is not ready yet and it doesn’t work at all for local or exchange time zone.

hello, would we finally have the holiday list up in version3? Pls don't forget abt us in asia who uses local time. There shd be a user define holiday template for time (hour) range.

it will not be released in 3.0 but we will do it later and will consider local time.
