DST Problem

Postby iso » 12 Mar 2008

Hello,

Ever since DST my charts are off by an hour. I have the symbols set to localtime and my system clock is synced yet the charts are off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks

go to Quotemanager,

right click on the symbol,

select edit symbol,

choose Sessions tab,

check the session time to make sure this is what you want.

I never changed it in the first place. It has always been on the correct one but after DST all the charts are off by an hour.

I also have this problem!

The time scale lags by an hour. I am using 'Local' time setting, which right now is 10:14 am but the chart time scale is at 9?:14 am.

How do we rectify this problem?

Even when I change the start and end times in the code to 815 and 1515, I am still not generating entries. This is VERY important, it is why we trade!!

Please let us know how to resolve this critical issue

Thanks

My MC is crashing (hangs up) every evening since monday!
I changed only 4-5 symbols in QM the sessions. I use local time.

According to our tests the problem occurs on IB data feed since they have wrong timestamp and it could be found in TWS charts. We didn't notice the same issue on other data sources.
It is clear that we can't do anything here.
If the crashes persist please contact our helpdesk.
