Exit order problem

Hello,

I'm trying to use auto-trading.

Entry order is successful.
But,Exit order didn't work in auto-trading.
Chart window was displayed the exit signal.

I have two questions.
1.How can I check the log about the executed order ?
2.How can I avoid this case?I want to add the special order for the error case.

The entries and exists work identically in MultiCharts auto-trading. So your problem is not clear for me.
We are release MC Beta 2 with all-new auto-trading. Please hold on a few days.
The logs are available in Start->Programs->TS Support->Logs
What do you mean by special order?

Hello Andrew,

Special order means the mandatory closing order.

If the exit order is failed to exit the Market Position,
I want to close the position mandatory.

Hi Anden,

The special order you are referring to would not fit into the carefully organized structure of different kinds of orders.

As for the problem with exiting a position, I would recommend waiting till Beta 2 with enhanced autotrading is released and run tests there. If you still have the same problem - please let us know and we'll try to find what's causing it.
