Hi MC_Prog,
What you are showing is not a version error in the installer. When you run the installer for the first time, it first removes the program that is currently installed on your machine. In your case that version is 3.0.1137.3363. After this version has been removed, you will need to run the same installer again. This time it will install 1195.4635.
