strange range bars - bug?

Postby Goose4all » 16 Apr 2008

hi,

i've just installed multicharts 3 final as a test version cause i might switch over from neoticker.

there seems to be a bug with the range bars - or i may be stupid, we'll see ;) - cause i get some strange results.

regardless of the settings, the chart looks always the same :?:

This is because the settings in QuoteManager are incorrect.

hi,

well, i got it sorted but its quite uncommen that the default "ticksize" settings are wrong. cant you read those from the feed?

Those settings cannot be received by the feeds. They have been entered by our programmers manually. As you can imagine the program supports thousands and thousands of symbols, so unfortunately it was impossible to get all of those settings right.
