Beta 3 weirdness

Hi All,
Has anyone else experienced MC going away by itself randomly ?
I have had it happen 3 times in the last couple days with beta 3. It just disappears and leaves my QM window running. I also have noticed that when I bring up charts the inidcators are not visible unless I change status on each one to off then on again.
