[request] - Format Symbol Window

Postby arnie » 02 Apr 2009

First, let me tell you that I've installed beta 5 in my laptop but I haven't open it yet (lack of time to study/test things offline) , so I'm still working with beta 2 (since no one complained about beta 5, I'll install it this weekend in my desktop).

Isn't possible for the user to resize the Format Symbol window, and MC maintain that resize as default the next time the user open it?

One of the annoying things is the fact that we cannot see the complete symbol since the cell cover half of it.

If we have several symbols with the same name but different providers, we are always forced to resize the symbol cell size every time we open the window since the name of the provider is hidden.

Check the images attached.
Can you see the differences?

Regards,
Fernando

Also would be nice to have non-English Description in Format Symbol.

See the attached for the problem of non-English char description.

Good news.
Non-English Descriptions will work in Format Symbol.
