(email problem) tool bar shifting on the notebook.

a while back I had reported to Marina that on my notebook the two tool bars I have out will not hold their position when I highlight a different chart. I found the solution to this. It is to keep the tool bars 100% within the MC area on the screen. If they are outside even a tiny bit they will shift. This is MC 2.1.999.999

I don't get the upgrade email any more. I also don't get the email for forum updates. Olga suggested I check with my service provided which I did and it appears the problem is in your auto email software (it is automatic I assume).
