Is there a way to get backfill data from esignal on demand into MC?

No.

You can only access the on demand servers through their software.

It would be nice though to have access to all that data in MC and with that monthly fee :wink:

Hi Andrew,

it is an esignal problem, the data manager is blocked on the OnDemand version. It wasnt published the first month on their website, but they added the text as it seems there was a huge demand for this function.

"Please note: eSignal OnDemand data is not available for use with third party software applications. OnDemand does not support DDE, QLink or EFS third party add-on studies. Tick data is also not available."

Dear SP,

We didn't test MC with eSignal OnDemand. As far as I see the installer is the same for both RT version and OD version. So I'm not sure about blocked DataManager. You may give it a try.
