Incompatible version of: tsStorage.dll

Postby cyberdad » 10 Aug 2009

When I open the Quote Manager I get this error:

"Incompatible version of: tsStorage.dll in module tsShaper"

What should I do about that?

What MultiCharts version are you running? Please install the latest one.

I am running Version 5.0 Release (Build 2369).
This is the latest non-beta version, isn't it?
Or should I try the 5.5 beta instead?

Please try to install the beta. Maybe it will fix it. If the problem persists contact our live chat please.

I set Multicharts to run as administrator and the error message is not showing anymore.

Hi

I got the same error, I was starting Multichart as Administrator, but when I started Quote manager , I didn't started as administrator.

Since I start Quote manager as administrator, I didn't get this error anymore.

Latest build, 5.5.2723 shows the same behavior under Windows 7 (final beta).

Right click on icon and run as admin will bypass error, otherwise no datafeed.
