How Do You Solve A Problem Like Marina?

Postby tekram » 28 Oct 2009

No, it is not a Rodgers And Hammerstein question.

We don't seem to have any support even with simple questions that can only be acknowledged by tssupport.

Perhaps management can find someone of similar competence as Marina Pashkova to watch over the forum on a regular basis.

You are right. It is not easy to find someone who as competent and committed to customers as Marina.

Please allow me to address my gratitude and recognition of TJ's work in helping the forum users.

He may not have Marina's knowledge, but he is helping many users.

All product queries should be sent to support@tssupport.com

I am a MultiCharts user, not a TSSUPPORT employee.
I can help you with usage queries;
I have been using MultiCharts since 2006,
all my knowledge are gained through "banging-my-head-against-the-wall".

This is one powerful software;
as much as I tried, probably I know only 49% of its functionalities.
I am still learning...
and still discovering new capabilities everyday.

Enjoy!

I have found TS support to be better then any other vendor out there. And I've been using the other products for 20 yuears.

Try getting someone tech support persona on the phone at one of the competative products, never happens! The few times, even as a trial member I got competent tech support prople who stayed on the line until my problem was fixed.

In addiition I've send dozens technical questions to support and every single email was responded to promptly, correctly and completely. That's just been my experience and one of the main reasons I'm converting over from esignal and TS to Multicharts. Porting over 100's of strategies from javascript to easylanguage is a massive effort that I was relictant to do, but after using MC for a few months I'm sorry I didn't convert over years agao.

Alex was great too, as long as TSSupport employ someone with the same work ethic and calibre of Marina or Alex all will be fine.
