changed policy of releases

Postby swisstrader » 17 Mar 2006

a well-meant advice:

I've seen in the memberlist of this forum some 'well-known' developers of TS platform. I know some are frustrated like me about TS platform because of NEW RELEASE = NEW BUGS!

You are here on the best way that we get also frustrations about your new updates.
PLEASE, PLEASE test it before you put it to download on your server.

have a great weekend.

Dear Swisstrader,

We'll changed our policy of releases – now as there's quite a lot of features already implemented, we try concentrating on stability of current versions (which is, as you can see, a hard thing to get right every time). This will slow down the process of adding new features that must be tested thoroughly. Please note that a new version (1.90.442.1230) is now available, the problem with studies not compiling has been addressed in it. The download link is below, please let us know how it works for you.

Dear Stanley,
I've already downloaded yesterday and it works very well.
It would be very important that tools in a multi timeframe chart are calculating the results correctly. Please look under thread
http://forum.tssupport.com/viewtopic.php?p=3251#3251 and http://forum.tssupport.com/viewtopic.php?t=767.
I would like to let run my tool in a multi timeframe chart with 49sb in data1 and 343sb in data2, but the overlayed result produces all but not the perfect calculation and labeling.

Dear swisstrader,
we discussed the problems with Chris in the topics, hope our posts explain why we opted to go the way we did.

Your attention is most important for the development of MutiCharts, thank you.
