When trying to create a chart using MBTrading data, an exception error takes place. Sent the info to the ftp.

The following ports should be open and the following servers should be available:
64.93.81*
216.52.236.*
1776 - Charts (subject to change)
5020 - Quotes
5030 - Perms
7000 - Orders
8890 - HTTP port
These settings should be done by your administrator, if you have a local network, or you should specify them in your firewall.

Also, could you please precise, do you have the MBTNavigator installed? If yes, can you get data and trade in it? If you don't have MBTNavigator installed, please install it.

Dave,

MBT's NAV is installed.

Added symbol to QuoteManager and confirmed data is coming in by connecting symbol. With symbol connected or disconnected, the exception error takes place.

I assume based on the above, the ports would already be set properly.

Please advise.

Dear Don,

Got the crash report. Regarding the MBT issue, please install the latest version of MBTNavigator - 11.5
