Bug

I installed a new solid state drive on my computer, did a clean install of windows 7. I downloaded Multicharts, now when I try and open a chart I get this crash report. HELP!!!!!!!

Try to reinstall MC...

No luck

Get the same bug report everytime. I have been using this software for close to 5 years. I bought this when the compnay was just stsrting and have never had this sort of issue.

Man this sucks, I'm not going to be able to trade tomorrow.

Try:
Deinstall MC
Delete Folders with MC:
C:\ProgramData\TS Support (hidden folder) and
C:\Program Files (x86)\TS Support

After that install MC with administrator rights (click left ob multicharts6.exe, than "start as administrator".

This was a clean install on a blank Intel solid state drive. From the start this has happened. I have downloaded this program on new computers with new drives never had any issues.

I did try everything you have listed still no luck. The old drive that had Multicharts was wiped clean, I now use it for storage of large media files.
