Are ALL (Symbols of IB) = (Symbols of QuoteManager)?

to find the symbol you want,I'm using Interactive Broker's API connection.
Are ALL (Symbols of IB) = (Symbols of QuoteManager)?
go to QuoteManager
Instument > Add Symbol > From Data Source
select InteractiveBroker
use the Look Up button to search for the proper symbol.
