Dear Support,
Upgrading from MC6 to MC7 I've found this problem:
on MC7 the application "tsServer" is reaching 1.3gb extremely more rapidly then in MC6.
I'm always opening the same Workspaces as before and, if with MC6 I could safely auto-trade 50/60 charts without having any problems with the "tsServer" (at least was "multicharts.exe" that was running out of memory and I was use to bypass this problem running more MultiCharts applications) now with MC7 the tsServer reaches 1.3gb with 25 charts.
What can I do?
Thank You
BR

Re: tsServer.exe "PC is running out of memory"
Hi,
Thank you for reporting the problem. It is not clear why you are running out of memory, MC7 has been optimized to perform better than MC6 in a number of ways. Without seeing your workspaces (and even after seeing them, a long analysis of the behaviour in both versions would be needed), it's hard to say anything definitive. One thing that could be the issue is the transfer of workspaces between MC6 and MC7. Try recreating a workspace from scratch, and see if that helps. If it doesn't please come to Live Chat and we will investigate.
