Can't use eSignal-Ondemand as data-feeder.

Postby rokanten » 27 Apr 2011

Hi.

I am trying to use eSignal Ondemand as data-feeder for MC.

eSignal staff answered me about this problem,
and said it should work properly since yesterday,
told me to contact MC if not working properly.

I attach an image file shows what I did.
Please let me know what to do to make it work.

Regards.

p.s) please don't direct me to the Korean guy named Lee.
He's not good at this kind of work.

eSignal Ondemand does not support third party softwares.
You must use eSignal's software, or sign up for eSignal Premier.

eSignal OnDemand: New User Orientation

Is QLink (RTD) or DDE supported with eSignal OnDemand?
At present, QLink (RTD) and DDE are not supported functions of the eSignal OnDemand service. We may offer the ability to use QLink (RTD) or DDE in the future.

Ondemand hadn't supported 3rd-party, As you said.
This is an image file from eSignal forum, which is my thread.
See the posted date, and please could you check this problem one more time?
If Ondemand works fine with MC, it would be really big help for me.

Regards.

Attached is the sample app from eSignal, if you can receive the data in the app, you can receive it in MultiCharts. Download the ZIP archive, unpack it, and run Sample.exe to perform the check.
