PM watchlist and follow-up

Postby bowlesj3 » 21 Jun 2011

I pocked around and could not find the answers to these.

Am I correct in assuming that, if we want an email notice on a PM entry that we did not create, we put in on our WatchList.

Also the follow-up list is protected. Is that a pending feature?

Thanks,
John.

Not sure what you are referring to.

Hi Stan,

Thanks for the answer.

The follow-up item appears just below the watchlist when viewing an entry in the PM system. It is very light (protected) so easy to miss. It actually says "Issues to follow-up". Under that it says "You don't have any issues on your list." if there is nothing in the watch list.

Actually, I just noticed that when I add an item to the WatchList it appears in the list as
"Open issues you've marked for follow-up".

So it seems that the wording is a bit mixed up and the detail form implies there is a wishlist and a follow-up list which is different. I think it needs to be reworded so it is a little less confusing.

John.
